It's that time of the year when one of my favorite festivals happens, Patchwork. It is a great modern handmade Festival. Tons of great booths with one of a kind items, live music and food trucks. Who could ask for more.

They also produce CRAFTCATION: CONFERENCE FOR CREATIVE MAKERS & write about craft, food, small business and their adventures on their blog, DEAR HANDMADE LIFE. DELILAH SNELL is a master food preserver, award winning lecturer on environmental education and food sustainability and owner of THE ROAD LESS TRAVELED STORE, a modern natural living and community education shop in Santa Ana, Ca. A staunch supporter of the local food movement, Delilah has worked closely with several local farms, non-profits and community groups in marketing, product development and event planning since 1998. Delilah has been featured in Sunset Magazine, The Los Angeles Times, Grist and on The Fine Living Network, NBC and KCRW.
